Yes. We work directly with brands and their authorized distributors to establish legitimate dealer accounts. We do not purchase from gray market sources, liquidators, or unauthorized resellers. The products you receive are genuine, properly packaged, and covered by the manufacturer's applicable warranty.
We are primarily an e-commerce operation. We do have a warehouse facility in Florida where we stock and ship inventory, but it is not open to walk-in customers. All purchases are made through lighttower-supply.com.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay at checkout. For approved wholesale accounts, we offer net payment terms (Net 15 or Net 30) based on credit review.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all 48 contiguous states (the continental United States). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. Some products β€” particularly chemicals, aerosols, and certain pool supplies β€” may have additional shipping restrictions by state.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout for most products and locations. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are generally processed and shipped the same day.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping costs and thresholds are displayed at checkout based on your location and order contents.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
Yes, in most cases. We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Some items β€” particularly chemicals, pool supplies, and aerosols β€” cannot be returned once shipped or opened. See our Return Policy for full details.
Email ted.duke@lighttower-supply.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you β€” no restocking fee applies in these cases.
🏒 Wholesale Accounts
Yes. We offer wholesale accounts for qualifying businesses β€” retailers, contractors, property management companies, and other commercial buyers. Wholesale accounts come with volume pricing and, for qualifying accounts, net payment terms. To apply, email ted.duke@lighttower-supply.com with your business name, the categories you're interested in, and your estimated monthly volume.
For retail orders through the website, there is no minimum order requirement. For wholesale accounts, the minimum opening order is $500. Subsequent orders have a $250 minimum.
Yes, for qualifying wholesale accounts. After establishing a track record with us (typically 2–3 paid orders), you can apply for Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms. Email ted.duke@lighttower-supply.com to start the conversation.
