Our products are intended for retail customers and wholesale businesses operating in the United States. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Acceptance is confirmed when your payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed via Shopify Payments.
Wholesale customers are subject to separate minimum order requirements and payment terms as outlined in the wholesale agreement.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
