1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original condition — unused, unmodified, and undamaged
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Item was purchased directly from LightTower Supply
  • Return request is initiated within the 30-day window

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact us — Email ted.duke@lighttower-supply.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive authorization — We'll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.

Ship the item — Pack the item securely and ship it to our warehouse using the prepaid label we provide. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Receive refund — Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please include photos of the damage and your order number when contacting us. This helps us resolve your issue quickly and improve our quality control.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or variant, please contact us and we will assist you.

For a different product, please return the original item (per the process above) and place a new order.

6. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale accounts are subject to separate return terms outlined in the wholesale agreement. In general:

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns
  • Minimum return quantity: full case pack
  • Credits applied to account balance, not refunded to payment method
