Nu-Brite is a non-acid, alkaline-based, foaming condenser coil cleaner formulated with high-performance detergents and chelants that quickly penetrate and dissolve greasy dirt and grime, foaming it right out of the coil fins. Biodegradable and USDA-approved for use around food-handling areas, it is ideal for outdoor air-cooled condenser coils on commercial and residential HVAC/R systems. Dilute with water per the label chart, apply, let dwell 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly; not for use on evaporator coils or indoors. Comes in a 1-gallon container, net weight approx. 11 lbs.
